Q: How Do I Shop Online?

A: We have taken every step to ensure that your shopping experience at ravsundara.com is as convenient as possible. Please email us at care@ravsundara.com Setting up An Account In order to add items to your shopping cart and make a purchase, you need to establish an account, very minimal time & by an easy step you can create your own account on ravsundara.com. Go to the Sign In page, fill required data, now Your Account has been created. To set up an account, go to My Account. You can continue shopping, Adding Items To Your Shopping Cart When you are ready to add an item to your shopping cart, you need to check the Sku code,quantity, MRP etc. Then click on the Add to Cart button. A small box will appear informing you that the item is in the cart. You may choose to continue shopping or checkout as per your requirements. If you change your mind and want to continue browsing you may do so at any moment during the checkout process. You can continue to add items to your shopping cart until you are ready to Checkout.

Q: Can I Review And Changing The Items In Your Shopping Cart?

A: Yes, You can review and/or change the items in your shopping cart at any time. To delete an item, simply click on the cross .To change the quantity, simply change the quantity by clicking on + or – button. Your order value will be recalculated each time you change the quantity automatically .Once you are satisfied with your order, you can start the checking out process by clicking on “Proceed to Pay” on the Shopping Cart page. This takes you to the Checkout page. Checking Out On the Checkout Page, you can choose to checkout as a registered customer. If you checkout as a registered customer, and you have entered billing and shipping addresses for your account, these will be populated in the Billing Address and Shipping Address sections of the page. Please review all details closely and then click on the “continue” button to confirm your order. You will be redirected to our secure payment gateway or Pay U for all type orders Enter your credit or debit card information or choose your bank for net banking transactions, and click “Submit” along the bottom of the page. Depending on the type of card you own you might be directed to another site in order to verify your online password. Otherwise, you're done! Congratulations and thank you for shopping with ravsundara.com. Your payment is processed in real time and within a few seconds you will receive a confirmation email from us.

Q: When will my order ship?

A: Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days ( I. e Monday – Friday). We process and ship orders within 24 hours. Some orders, such as customized/personalized orders, or pre-order items, may take longer. We're continuously striving to get your purchase to you sooner, however, in some unforeseen circumstances it may take a bit longer. In this case, we'll notify you of this delay immediately. Once an order is shipped, we will unfortunately not be able to make any changes to your order or delivery time.

Q: Through what carrier do you ship?

A: You can visit the courier's website, and enter the tracking number should you wish to see where your shipment is. We will send SMS and email notification at different stages of your order .We use Delhivery for shipping .You will be notified when your order ships from our warehouse with a Tracking Number. You will also be notified when your parcel is out for delivery in your local area.

Q: Do you ship internationally ?

A: We currently process orders only in INDIA.

Q: Returns and Exchange. I'd like to return something I bought. What's the procedure?

A: Products can be returned within 7 to 30 days of delivery. Items on SALES cannot be returned. Please keep the product undamaged, complete packaging along with the invoice. Allow for two weeks from the time that you send the parcel, for us to process your refund. Q: Can I exchange an item with another one on your website ?

Q: What modes of payment do you accept?

A: We accept all major payments options. You can pay via all major credit/debit cards using our international payment gateway at the time of checkout. Payment is accepted in INR (Indian National Rupee) at the time of purchase. Duties and taxes are not included. We also accept payment through Paytm , google pay, phone pay or any UPI App
