RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We are happy to offer a 30-days Return & Exchange for unused and unworn items that still have the tag attached. We do not offer refunds on personalized items, Sale Items, and Free Gifts unless there is a product defect.
To process a return/exchange, please follow these simple steps:

Keep all items (INCLUDING the invoice) in a package and send back to following address : RAV GLOBAL SOLUTIONS PVT. LTD. RAV HOUSE, C-83 ,Vibhuti Khand, Gomati Nagar, Lucknow (UP) India-226010.

Please be sure that all items that are to be returned or exchanged must be unworn and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact. Any items that were damaged during transit must also bear the tag for us to process the return. Items that are damaged or not in original condition, once the tags are removed, we may not be accepted Exchange & Return and will be sent back to the customer. If you received damaged product, firstly you have to send picture of damage product on our WhatsApp customer care no.9205440544 OR Email- us at care@ravsundara.com with images of the products with 24 Hrs of receiving the packet, then QC Team will decide to accept the complaint or not ,if the complaint is accepted them you have to pack the product with proper packaging and tags to schedule a return pick up. Please note the following important processes, once you have initiated a return pick-up. Subsequent to us approving the return pick up based on the images you have shared, your package will be picked up by our courier partner at no extra cost to you within 7-10 business days (Not including Sunday and Holiday). Pick-up will be done once (which includes 3 attempts by the delivery partner). In case the pickup is cancelled by the customer, additional charge will be levied for initiating pick up again

You can exchange an item purchased on www.ravsundara.com with the same item or another item, however, all exchanges are subject to stock availability.
